Preserve Executive Briefing is an internal business application used by authorized personnel of The Preserve Sporting Club & Resort.

When authorized through Google OAuth, the application may access only the Google account information and services explicitly approved by the user, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Contacts, and other Google Workspace services required to perform authorized business functions.

How Information Is Used

Information is used exclusively to provide executive reporting, operational dashboards, workflow automation, business intelligence, monitoring, and productivity tools for authorized users.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Data is retained only as necessary to provide authorized functionality, maintain secure integrations, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Revoking Access
